LOUPE Americas 2026 has arrived, and exhibitors are ready to unveil the latest innovations in label and package printing. Across the show floor, attendees will find new presses, finishing equipment, software, substrates, inks, inspection systems, automation technologies, and more – all designed to improve productivity, enhance quality, and expand application possibilities.

The Digital Series HD HighSpeed 1200 will run at speeds up to 480 fpm with 1200 dpi resolution, extended gamut printing, HighSpeed White, inline flexo and semi-rotary diecutting. The Performance Series S9 will demonstrate flexographic production at speeds up to 1,000 fpm for pressure sensitive labels, flexible packaging, shrink sleeves, and light cartons. Also featured will be the Digital Pro MAX toner-based digital press with inline flexo, cold foil, lamination and semi-rotary diecutting, along with the Rotoflex VLI-440 for inspection, slitting and rewinding of films and tension-sensitive materials. Mark Andy will also highlight its SupplySmart inventory management and ProWORX workflow and analytics solutions. In addition, Mark Andy Print Products and ink and coatings supplier Sun Chemical will share details about their newly announced partnership and the benefits the collaboration will offer.
DIGITAL PRINTING & VARIABLE DATADominoBooth 6025
Domino will showcase its digital printing technology, workflow solutions, and flexible equipment acquisition options at LOUPE Americas 2026. Featured equipment will include the N610i-R digital retrofit module and K600i dual-bar digital UV inkjet printer, integrated on a Mark Andy Performance Series flexo press. The N610i-R enables converters to add 600 dpi CMYK + White digital capability to an existing flexo platform without requiring additional floor space, supporting hybrid, digital-only, and flexo-only production. Domino will also demonstrate the K600i for high-speed variable data printing at speeds up to 492 fpm, with applications including serialization, track-and-trace, brand protection, and 2D and QR codes. Attendees can see GS1 Sunrise 2027-compatible codes printed live, along with demonstrations of Domino’s Sunrise DFE workflow solution. Hourly live equipment demonstrations, printed label samples, and information on Domino’s In-House Leasing Program will also be featured at the booth.
WEB HANDLING & AUTOMATIONMartin AutomaticBooth 615
Martin Automatic will demonstrate automated web handling technology at LOUPE Americas 2026, featuring its MBS unwind butt splicer and LRD transfer rewinder in operation. The MBS provides nonstop unwinding for substrates, including labels, flexible packaging, shrink sleeves, laminates and light paperboard, and incorporates Martin’s patented linear shear butt splice unit and integrated roll-loading system. At the delivery end, the two-spindle LRD provides nonstop transfer rewinding with automatic unloading of finished rolls. The system can also be equipped with a slitting module and automated differential winding. Designed to automate roll changes at both ends of the press, the MBS and LRD are available for web widths up to 28″ (710 mm) and roll diameters up to 50″ (1,270 mm).

GEW will introduce its new EOS Power & Control System at LOUPE Americas 2026, replacing the company’s RHINO power infrastructure with a redesigned platform encompassing power supplies, control electronics, cabling, and UV system control software. EOS features intelligent, serialized lampheads designed to provide enhanced telemetry and OEM integration, along with improved serviceability and support for modern communication protocols. New reporting capabilities include hour and reflector counters, as well as enhanced remote monitoring functionality. The EOS platform remains compatible with GEW’s interchangeable ArcLED technology and adds end-to-end encryption for communications traffic. GEW will also showcase new cooling and precision control technologies as part of its LOUPE Americas exhibit.

INX International will highlight its portfolio of label and packaging inks and coatings at LOUPE Americas 2026, with technologies designed to help converters improve production performance, address evolving regulatory requirements and support more sustainable packaging. Featured solutions will include the company’s expanding portfolio of nitrocellulose-free inks for flexible packaging, as well as low-migration inks developed for demanding food packaging applications. INX will also showcase a range of shrink sleeve solutions designed to support circular packaging, including washable, water-based, UV and recycle-ready technologies. Schobertechnologies will showcase its RSM IML product line at LOUPE Americas 2026, with live demonstrations of the RSM IML MX 410 for high-efficiency diecutting and automated stacking of in-mold labels. The system will be equipped with the Single Spider Plus stacking technology and can be configured with additional options based on application requirements. Schobertechnologies will also highlight its rotary diecutting and perforating technologies for processing blister packaging in materials including PVC and PET, as well as high-capacity rotary diecutting modules for web widths up to 1,000 mm and cylinder repeats up to 40″. Additional technologies include high-performance punching modules for paper, film, and foil, along with built-in and drop-in line-hole punching modules designed for integration into narrow web printing presses.

Sun Chemical will showcase its narrow web, tag and label portfolio at LOUPE Americas, featuring inks, primers, coatings, adhesives, dispensing systems, consumables, and color management technologies. Highlights will include SolarFlex and SolarWave UV and UV LED flexo inks for applications including shrink sleeves and recyclable, de-inkable label structures, along with SunInspire special-effects coatings, SunCure coatings, and SolarLam UV laminating adhesive. Sun Chemical will also feature its MX12 Hybrid Dispenser and dispensing systems for water-based inks, as well as SunClean and SunVisto pressroom consumables. Rounding out the portfolio will be SunColorBox, the company’s color management ecosystem for managing spot colors, CMYK and extended gamut workflows across the packaging supply chain, helping converters improve color consistency, streamline approvals, and reduce material waste.

ACTEGA will showcase its latest label and packaging technologies at the show, including the new ACTSmart Infusion Film Ink System, ACTDigi LEP Primer, SafeShield UV-LED inks and ECOLEAF on-demand metallization technology. ACTSmart is a self-crosslinking, water-based ink system for shrink and surface printing on supported and unsupported films and plastics, supporting press speeds exceeding 700 fpm while eliminating the need for a catalyst. ACTDigi LEP Primer, developed with HP for Indigo 6K, 6K+ and 8K presses, is designed to improve ink adhesion across paper, synthetic, and metallized substrates. ACTEGA will also feature its low-migration SafeShield UV-LED inks for applications including food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical packaging, along with ECOLEAF technology for creating metallic embellishments while reducing the material and carbon impact associated with conventional metallization.

UPM Adhesive Materials will showcase its latest pressure sensitive label materials and adhesive technologies at LOUPE Americas 2026, with solutions targeting industrial, wine and spirits, pharmaceutical, healthcare, CPG and logistics applications. Highlights will include UPM Endurance for hard-to-label substrates and demanding environments; UPM Vetro for wine and spirits labeling; and UPM PharmaSure for pharmaceutical and healthcare applications. UPM will also feature conformable films for squeezable and flexible packaging, along with UPM ProCycle products incorporating APR-recognized adhesive technologies to support recyclability. Rounding out the portfolio will be UPM OptiCut Linerless, designed for consistent print-and-apply performance in high-speed fulfillment and distribution environments. Nordmeccanica will highlight its coating, laminating, and metallizing technologies at LOUPE Americas 2026, with products aimed at flexible packaging producers as well as label converters looking to expand into higher-value packaging applications. Appvion will bring its Thermal School program to LOUPE Americas, offering attendees an educational session focused on direct thermal technology, coating innovation, and end-use applications. Scheduled for September 16 from 7:15-9:00 AM in Meeting Room 42, the program is designed for laminators, converters, suppliers, and other industry professionals seeking to expand their understanding of direct thermal materials and performance. Topics will include direct thermal fundamentals, coating development, market channels and applications, sustainability and regulatory considerations, and the science behind thermal performance. Designed for both industry newcomers and experienced professionals, Thermal School combines technical education with practical market insights intended to help attendees improve product decisions and better understand direct thermal solutions.

A B Graphic International (ABG) will make the North American debut of ABG FlexPack at LOUPE Americas 2026 as part of a 14-machine showcase spanning flexible packaging, labels, RFID converting, and embellishment. Headlining the exhibit will be the Galaxy GS20 Plus with Pouch Jet, designed for short-run and value-added flexible packaging production. ABG will also demonstrate its RFID Converting Line featuring NSU, Vectra, and Tamarack technologies, as well as the DigiLase Duo for high-speed laser cutting, creasing and perforating without conventional tooling. Flexcon will highlight pressure sensitive labeling solutions for packaging, healthcare, and durable applications at LOUPE Americas. Featured products will include Flexcon DPM EcoFocus solutions for durable labeling and OptiFlex EcoFocus BOPP films for packaging, incorporating 30% to 90% post-consumer recycled content in films and liners. Flexcon will also showcase its OptiFlex Reseal portfolio, designed to provide reseal functionality for flexible packaging applications including food, personal care, and household chemicals. Suitable for direct and indirect food contact, the portfolio includes solutions for demanding freezer environments and is designed to help maintain product freshness and consumer convenience. Nobelus will showcase thermal flexible packaging solutions for digital printing at LOUPE Americas 2026, including specialty finishes and structural films. Featured products will include StrataFlex METPET Thermal Pre-Lams, which incorporate a thermally activated adhesive layer that enables converters to reverse print on adhesive-free films, helping reduce material changeovers while providing a high-quality print surface. Nobelus will also highlight EcoElement PE Thermal Sealants, all-PE structures featuring a PE core between sealant and thermal adhesive layers. Available in white and clear, with barrier and non-barrier options, the films support downgauging and can help converters eliminate a layer from flexible packaging constructions. The company will also feature its range of specialty films and thermal laminates, including soft-touch, textured, holographic, and scratch-resistant finishes.

LemuGroup will exhibit an expanded portfolio of label converting and finishing technologies at LOUPE Americas, highlighting capabilities strengthened by the integration of CEI. Featured equipment will include the MI 350 Inkjet Digital, designed for high-precision varnish application, increased coating thicknesses, and digital foiling with instant job changeovers and no tooling. LemuGroup will also present the RDX RFID, an RFID inlay insertion system with integrated verification capabilities. Rounding out the exhibit will be the Boss Lite, a compact, modular label converting line featuring diecutting and a flexographic printing module, along with the new configurable GTU Lite rewinding turret.

KTI, a Quantum Design product line, will feature its MTR Series Turret Rewinder at LOUPE Americas 2026, highlighting automation technologies designed to increase productivity and reduce operator intervention. The four-spindle turret rewinder will feature KTI’s automated core loading system, which handles cores from 0.75″ to 3″ and provides adjustable spacing for a range of roll configurations. The system will also feature inline print-and-apply roll closure capabilities for automatically applying labels containing job information, lot numbers, production dates, barcodes, and other variable data. KTI will also unveil the SmartSlit Advantage Series automated knife positioning system from Maxcess Tidland, designed to reduce setup times and positioning errors while allowing repeat slit patterns to be stored and recalled.

Nilpeter will present its latest flexographic printing technologies at the show, with the FA-17 flexo press running live at the Kurz booth. The demonstration will showcase the versatility and production capabilities of the FA-17 as Nilpeter emphasizes flexo’s ability to meet growing converter demands for productivity, flexibility, and profitability. Visitors can see the press in operation and explore its capabilities for modern label and packaging production. Nilpeter will also maintain its own dedicated booth at the show, where the company will highlight recent technology developments and discuss opportunities for converters looking to increase efficiency and expand their flexographic printing capabilities.

CRG will highlight its PS roll materials and label solutions at LOUPE Americas 2026, with an emphasis on helping converters reduce material costs while maintaining performance. The company’s Channeled Choice program offers first-quality offcuts, while Channeled Value provides economical “price fighter” materials for cost-sensitive applications. Custom slitting and rewinding services allow materials to be supplied in roll sizes tailored to specific converting requirements. Among the featured solutions will be the new KFlex K6, designed to combine automation, ease of operation, and production flexibility. Omet will also spotlight the XFlex X7, a highly automated mid-web press designed for premium shrink labels and flexible packaging. Wikoff will expand its label market portfolio at LOUPE Americas 2026 with the debut of ThermaPrint, its new water-based flexographic ink platform for direct thermal and thermal transfer label applications. The company will also feature Photoflex Dual Cure UV-LED inks, designed for both conventional UV and LED curing, and Ascella UV-LED digital inkjet inks for coated papers, films, RFID materials, and synthetic labelstocks. Wikoff will spotlight its partnership with Asahi Photoproducts, displaying the AWP-2530AA water-wash plate processing system along with AFP-REVO HF solvent-process and AWP-CLFQ water-washable plate technologies. Flexo Wash will feature its latest automated cleaning technologies at LOUPE Americas 2026, led by the new FW LaserX 2000 laser anilox cleaning system. Built around Galvo scanning technology and a high-speed NIR-MOPA laser, the system is designed to provide faster, more consistent cleaning with reduced mechanical wear while requiring no chemistry or water and producing no cleaning waste. Features include tool-free roll loading, automated 3D inspection with an integrated microscope, CleanLink inventory management using RFID and barcodes, three-stage air filtration, and collision detection. The system also provides cleaning parameters for chrome, steel, tungsten, and other surfaces. Live demonstrations will be held throughout the show. Flexo Wash will also highlight its liquid anilox cleaners, plate washers, parts washers, screen washers, and cleaning chemistry for a range of pressroom applications.

Flint Group Digital Xeikon will present three digital label printing platforms at LOUPE Americas 2026: the TX500, PX3300HD, and new Ecolyne subscription-based digital press. The TX500 features Xeikon’s TITON toner technology, combining dry toner print quality with resistance to heat, solvents, and scratching without requiring a protective varnish. The PX3300HD provides 1200 dpi UV inkjet printing at speeds up to 229 fpm for high-quality label applications. Xeikon will also highlight Ecolyne, its new subscription-based digital press offering designed to provide converters with a flexible entry into digital production and the ability to scale as requirements change. Across its portfolio, Xeikon offers dry toner presses operating from 65 to 138 fpm, along with solutions targeting applications ranging from entry-level production to high-volume label and packaging printing.

Applied Rigaku Technologies will highlight its new NEX QC II Series for silicone coat weight analysis at LOUPE Americas 2026. Designed for fast, at-line or laboratory quality control, the second-generation EDXRF analyzer provides non-destructive measurement of ultra-low silicone coat weights, as well as Sn, Bi, Ti, Pt and other catalysts used in silicone release coatings. The NEX QC II features simple sample preparation, an intuitive touchscreen interface, and a built-in printer, allowing operation without a separate PC. No helium or special sample cups are required, helping streamline routine analysis and reduce operating costs.
RFID INLAY INSERTIONMuehlbauerBooth 6406
Muehlbauer will demonstrate the IL 30000 inlay insertion line at LOUPE Americas 2026, offering label converters a streamlined entry into smart label production. The standalone reel-to-reel system automatically inserts wet RFID inlays between conventional self-adhesive labels and their release liner, enabling converters to add RFID functionality while continuing to use their existing printing equipment. Designed for straightforward integration and cost-effective production, the IL 30000 allows standard pressure sensitive labels to be converted into smart labels without requiring a dedicated RFID printing press. Muehlbauer will also highlight its broader RFID production capabilities, encompassing the complete manufacturing chain from chip attach and converting through personalization.

Michelman will highlight its portfolio of functional coatings and primers at LOUPE Americas 2026, with an emphasis on enabling new digitally printed label and packaging applications. Featured technologies at the booth include DigiPrime print-receptive primers, designed to provide adhesion and print quality on paper, film, and metallized substrates in water-based, PFAS-free formulations suitable for food-contact applications.
